01what research use only means

Every Product is a reference material for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Research use only means the Product may be used for laboratory experiments, analysis and method development, and for nothing else. Products are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics or medical devices and are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

02prohibited uses

• Any use in or on humans or animals, including administration, ingestion, injection, inhalation or application.
• Any diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic or veterinary use.
• Resale, repackaging or relabeling for the general public, or for any human or veterinary purpose.
• Marketing or describing a Product as approved, safe or suitable for any such use.
• Buying for or on behalf of anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements.

03who may buy

Buyers must be at least 21 years old and qualified researchers, laboratories or institutions buying for legitimate in vitro research. Wholesale accounts are available for organizations that buy in volume and need wholesale pricing or purchase orders.

04attestations we record

Every visitor confirms age and research purpose at the verification gate, and every order carries a separate research use confirmation and acceptance of our Terms at checkout. We record each one with the date, time and document version, and we rely on them when we sell to you.

05verification and documentation

We may ask for proof of eligibility before or after an order, such as an institutional email or affiliation, a description of the research, or a signed end use statement. We may hold an order until we receive it, and we may refuse or cancel any order we cannot verify.

06if the rules are broken

If we believe a Product may be used or resold outside research use, we may refuse or cancel orders, close accounts, keep the records described in our Privacy Policy, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. A breach of this policy is a material breach of our Terms of Sale & Use.

07reporting misuse

If you believe a AERINO Product is being misused or marketed for human use, tell us at support@aerinolabs.com. Reports are handled confidentially.

08changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply going forward from the new version's effective date. We keep every past version and will provide it on request.
